For nearly 25 years our company's founder, Jim Krakower,
owned and operated multiple volume tire and auto service operation in the Midwest and has:

taken an active role in educating tire/service dealers in how to purchase and utilize a computer system
contributed as a board member of the Illinois Tire Dealers Association
Written many of the major articles and seminars that have appeared on this topic in industry trade journals and at national/regional tire dealer conventions

Core JMK Computerized TDIS programs, developed by the Christensen Computer Company staff (Rolling Meadows, IL and Fountain Hills, AZ), with the benefit of Jim Krakower's original multi-location tire store operation self use application are now in use in well over 100 tire dealerships in 14 states and Canada.
When the collaboration began in 1979 to co-develop the system, a combine was created of the top companies in the business
